| We are writing to express our extreme pleasure with real estate agent Nancy Metelitz, who represented us in the purchase of our first home. Nancy guided us through the entire process, from loan pre-qualification to searching for homes to making the offer and closing the deal. Nancy showed us multiple homes she felt would fit our needs and always worked with our schedule but was still very generous with her time even though she had other clients to serve. I'm not sure we could have made it through this whole process without someone like Nancy to take us step by step, answer all our questions and be a genuine friend through it all. We felt her happiness for us when we found our home and especially when she was able to hand us our keys. There were many challenges for us to go through on the purchase of our first home, but Nancy kept our spirits up and made sure she kept us informed through the process and we felt she went above and beyond to make sure we would close the deal on the home we chose. Nancy worked side by side with us and the mortgage company to pull it all together, and I don't believe you will find someone as caring and helpful as she is, and at the same time being very professional in knowing the real estate market.
